BRIDGE-in Agriculture Pitch Competition: Call for Applications (Up to $10,000 in Funding)
With the Mastercard Foundation-funded BRIDGE-in Agriculture Pitch Competition, you may grow your company to new heights.
BRIDGE-in Agriculture is committed to providing small and medium-sized firms (SMEs) in Ghana’s agricultural and associated industries with easy access to inexpensive finance and technical support. Giving women and young people the tools they need to do more than just find work is something we take very seriously.
A five-year Mastercard Foundation initiative called “Building Resilience and Investing in the Development and Growth of Entrepreneurs in Agriculture” (also known as “BIA”) aims to provide SMEs in Ghana’s agriculture and associated sectors with access to inexpensive funding and technical support. Through training for respectable and rewarding employment, the program also provides women and young people with skill sets.
BRIDGE-in-Agriculture is collaborating with commercial banks to provide loans to agribusinesses at single-digit interest rates in an effort to lessen the financial strain on young people. This aids in their business growth and job creation, which lowers poverty among Ghana’s women and young.
