Gaviti Completes $9 Million in a Series A Funding Round
Gaviti, an automated service that helps businesses collect and manage customer bills, has closed a $9 million Series A fundraising round headed by Flashpoint in the United Kingdom, with participation from Moneta VC, North First Ventures, TAU Ventures, and LETA Capital.
Their platform allows organizations to manage their collections process through a user-friendly application, giving them access to a critical cash flow artery that multiple manual processes would otherwise choke.
Receivables are the lifeblood of any business.
Collecting delinquent receivables for B2B companies, on the other hand, is a time-consuming process that necessitates business resources.
A software solution that is tailored to the special needs of accounts receivable departments is required.
Gaviti provides follow-up and workflow tools to collections specialists, similar to how sales teams use CRMs to manage communication and sales processes.
Departments can reduce stress on accounting while enhancing cash flow by automating Accounts Receivable collections with a first-of-its-kind purpose-built solution. “This is a difficulty that all firms face, but none of them have figured out how to handle it without putting pressure on employees and customers,” Gaviti co-founder and CEO Yan Lazarev said. “Our clients were able to cut the number of late receivables by 35% by automating ordinarily inefficient manual activities.”
Gaviti was founded by Lazarev and his co-founder and CTO, Alex Komarovsky, to be the only company that can communicate with existing ERPs using a single common language.
This facilitates new user onboarding and allows teams to see a return on their investment as soon as the new product is introduced.
Gaviti intends to use the funds to expand its services. “Our focus remains to be coordinating with organizations to streamline this once time-consuming process,” Komarovsky said. “With this round of funding, we’ll be able to keep expanding and adding additional features to this more streamlined collection method.” says the founder.
Flashpoint Venture Capital Managing Collaborate Alexander Konoplyasty remarked, “We are really delighted to partner with Gaviti, who provides businesses with global payment choices,” “Gaviti’s support will assist hundreds of enterprises in going worldwide, increasing sales, and lowering total expenses. We’ve been tracking their progress for a while and are confident in their future success.”
