Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible for the TotalEnergies Young Talent Trainee Program, you need to fulfill the essential prerequisites:
Qualification:
- Matric Plus
- B/Btech degree in the following Engineering areas: Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical and geographically mobile.
- B/Btech degree Finance disciplines /Accounting Technician NQ5 qualification
Skills:
- Work experience of 0-5 years
- Strong academic record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Software Applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Analytical Thinking
