Tunisian Startup, Millesima Technologies Secures $480,000 for its Video-on-demand Solution
A $480,000 financing has been launched by Millesima Technologies, a Tunisian firm licensed under the StartupAct and focused on data technology, streaming media, and VOD.
Millesima Technologies, established in 2021 by Haythem Dridi, specializes in video technology and data analytics. It provides an end-to-end solution that enables its users to design entirely virtual, partially virtual, and in-person events that may be customized to increase audience participation.
The company claims that money acquired from BH Equity, a venture capital investment company subsidiary of BH Bank that has been involved in private equity since 1997, as well as from a private company, will help fund the MYVIOO platform’s launch.
The platform will enable businesses and organizations to have one or more private, fully customizable VOD channels (videos on demand) and live streaming.
You can pay a fee or access channels for nothing. In particular, the latter gives the channel’s owners complete control over the advertising area.
In 2022, video traffic is anticipated to make up more than 82% of all internet traffic globally.
