The B2B SaaS Startup Wise Guys accelerator is now accepting applications.
For the third iteration of the Startup Wise Guys accelerator, which provides chosen B2B SaaS firms with access to EUR100,000 (US$110,000) in funding and five months of rigorous mentoring, applications are now open.
Startup Wise Guys, which was founded in Tallinn, Estonia in 2012, also oversees cybersecurity programs out of Cosenza and SaaS accelerator programs out of Milan. The business has so far worked with more than 600 founders, invested in more than 235 startups, and seen a few exits.
In February of this year, the company closed the first EUR25 million (US$26.7 million) of a EUR45 million (US$48 million) investment that will be used in part to build African operations. Disrupt Africa reported in 2021 that the company has expanded to Africa, holding its inaugural program in Namibia.
Selected firms will be asked to take part in an intense five-month accelerator program that combines online modules with mentors and experts from domestic and foreign locations. In exchange for an equity share worth up to 12%, they will receive access to EUR 100,000 (US $110,000) in funding.
African businesses engaged in English-speaking startups are urged to apply, with the selection committee placing special emphasis on Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda. It is desired to use fintech, agritech, and climate tech.
Here, applications are accepted till September 7.
