Applications open for 2nd cohort of Open Startup’s Grow programme
The second cohort of Open Startup’s investment preparation program, GROW, has begun, with the goal of enabling advanced African firms to grow and obtain capital.
A non-governmental organization called Open Startup uses entrepreneurship, education, and cross-cultural interaction to promote innovation and capacity building.
GROW is a 12-month program designed to prepare African companies seeking to raise their first $1 million in funding, with a maximum fundraising amount of $350,000. The initiative, which was created in partnership with AfricaGrow, Africinvest Group, BPI France, and Go Ventures, provides a full range of tools and services to assist entrepreneurs in entering new markets and achieving their expansion objectives.
Building on the accomplishments of the previous year’s cohort—which included 13 startups chosen from more than 600 applications—the GROW program is still committed to helping African startups expand.
