African Startups Invited to Apply for $20k Global D-Prize Competition
The D-Prize Competition, which provides up to US$20,000 in funding to social impact enterprises, is open to entrepreneurs worldwide.
The D-Prize Global Competition is targeted to social businesses in any region of the world where severe poverty exists that have the power to positively influence millions of lives.
Its spectrum of challenges covers the likes of health, water, agriculture, livelihoods, energy, public services, and education.
Applications are being accepted until January 4, 2026.
The winning firms will get up to US$20,000 to start a pilot program in any area with extreme poverty.
