African insurtech companies are encouraged to apply for the ZEP-RE Programme.
Through the ZEP-RE InsurTech Programme 2.0, African insurtech businesses might potentially obtain funding ranging from $100,000 to $1 million.
The second iteration of the ZEP-RE InsurTech Program, created by the reinsurance company ZEP-RE in collaboration with Westerwelle Startup Haus Kigali, will see 25 startups participate in a three-month hybrid acceleration program that ends with an all-expenses-paid trip to Kigali, Rwanda for an intensive investment readiness bootcamp.
The top five startups will be eligible for investment from the ZEP-RE Insurtech Fund, with possible funding ranging from US$100,000 to US$1 million per startup. The program will culminate with a pitch competition involving the top 10 startups.
