Liquid Completes Plan to Acquire Israeli Tech Company, Telrad
The delisting of Israeli technology firm Telrad and the completion of Liquid Intelligent Technologies’ (Liquid) 100% acquisition of Telrad were both announced today.
Telrad will now be a part of Liquid and Cassava Technologies, which is Liquid’s larger parent company. Early this year, Liquid and Telrad entered into an agreement for the sale of Telrad.
The release claims that Telrad is already widely established in 13 nations in the Middle East, South America, the United States, Eastern Europe, and Asia. For governments and organizations throughout the world, the company offers cutting-edge technological solutions in the areas of geoinformatics, networking, cloud infrastructure, information technology, and cybersecurity.
With its distinctive network of intelligent technologies, Liquid offers mobile carriers and Fortune 500 companies high-speed and dependable cross-border connection, colocation, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital services.
Nic Rudnick, Liquid Intelligent Technologies’ deputy chairman, claims that the business would try to take use of Telrad’s “excellent” R&D program with a special emphasis on cybersecurity solutions, data centers, and wireless access technology.
Liquid and Telrad both believe that customers may be empowered by using affordable connectivity and technology solutions. Together, we will keep transforming businesses around the world through digital technology, said Rudnick.
“We are forward to work together and to make use of Liquid, the larger Cassava company, and Telrad’s expertise across the whole technology value chain. Telrad is taking an interesting step with this, according to CEO Moti Elmaliach.
According to Elmaliach, the acquisition presents a chance to “innovate and grow tremendously in both the Israeli and global markets.”
Elmaliach, who will also be named to Cassava’s executive team, will continue to serve as Telrad’s CEO and will continue to oversee Telrad.
