Leah Ogunleye: Advancing Digital Adoption and Inspiring the Next Generation of Girls in Technology
Leah Ogunleye is a Senior Brand Manager at Dot Microfinance Bank (Dot MFB) and a product marketing professional committed to driving digital growth, expanding access to digital skills, and creating opportunities for women and girls in technology. In 2026, she was selected as a Women Techmakers Ambassador, further strengthening her involvement in initiatives that support women’s participation in technology.
Inspiring Over 250 Girls Through Tech4Dev
In October 2026, in celebration of the International Day of the Girl Child, Leah volunteered with Tech4Dev’s Tech Girls Drive Advocacy initiative, where she led and facilitated school sessions that educated and inspired over 250 girls to explore science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

Beyond leading and facilitating the sessions, Leah independently secured a partnership with Eunifrance School. She also collaborated with fellow volunteers who collectively secured five school partnerships across Ikorodu for STEM education activities.
Her contribution combined programme leadership, hands-on educational engagement and school partnership development, helping introduce girls to technology and encouraging them to explore future opportunities in STEM.
Building Digital Skills Through Training and Mentorship
Leah is a Digital Marketing Instructor and Mentor at GoMyCode, where she has trained more than 25 young professionals, assessed their projects and provided feedback to strengthen their practical skills.
In partnership with GoMyCode, she has also contributed to digital skills training for more than 60 female students at Wavecrest College of Hospitality, helping them understand how digital platforms can support professional and business growth.
Supporting Women in Technology Through Community Engagement
Leah has also volunteered as a Digital Marketing and Communications Volunteer at She Code Africa’s 10th anniversary summit, contributing her professional skills to support the organisation’s communications and engagement efforts. Her involvement reflects her commitment to using her expertise to support initiatives advancing women’s participation in technology.
As a Women Techmakers Ambassador, Leah is part of a global community supporting women’s participation and advancement in technology. Her ambassador pairing with Camila, an ambassador from Chile based in Brazil, has also created opportunities for cross-cultural learning and professional exchange.
Through her work with Tech4Dev, GoMyCode, Wavecrest College of Hospitality, She Code Africa and Women Techmakers, Leah combines professional expertise with practical education, mentorship and community engagement. Her focus is on helping more people develop relevant digital capabilities and encouraging young women to explore opportunities in Nigeria’s growing digital economy.
