With the introduction of KwikStore, Kwik is extending the range of digital services it provides to African business owners and social sellers, adding even another new service to the already amazing package it offers.

KwikStore is a free e-commerce storefront solution that enables any African business owner, merchant, social vendor entrepreneur, and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to create their own online stores virtually in 5 minutes without any technical knowledge and to run their business directly from a smartphone.

KwikStores can be completely tailored by retailers to fit their brand. After a merchant approves an order, payment is completed automatically through payment partners, and either a Kwik rider is sent to the pickup site or the buyer can pick up the order themselves.

While KwikStore requires a Kwik account, it can be used independently of the Kwik Delivery platform, enabling merchants to sell anywhere in Africa and in regions that aren’t currently serviced by the Kwik Delivery platform or to use the delivery service of their choosing.
