Etisalat Drives Innovation in Broadband in Africa through Etisalat Pan-African Prize for Innovation
Etisalat through the Etisalat Pan- African Prize for Innovation 2013 will reward the most innovative initiatives and concepts for driving, promoting and enabling Mobile Broadband in Africa.
The prize will be awarded in 2 subcategories:
1. Prize of $25,000.00 for the most innovative, commercially available product or service launched in Africa in the last 18 months
2. Prize of $10,000.00 with business mentoring and assistance for the most innovative idea/concept
Entry is open to the entire Mobile Broadband eco-system across Africa including SME’s and individuals developing innovative mobile broadband solutions.
Additional prizes include the most recent Smartphones or Tablets to drive development of your concept, access to resources at Etisalat for piloting, research and analysis, business mentoring and development.
Four (4) Finalists will be flown to Cape Town and the Winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner in South Africa in November 2013.
For this year’s competition Etisalat has gathered a distinguished panel. This exceptional group come with vast experience and knowledge and have all been recognized as pacesetters in their respective fields – The panel will encompass Senior Executives from renowned companies.
