EdTech startup, Snapplify penetrates into West Africa
Leading international edtech startup Snapplify is making significant investments in West Africa as part of its commitment to expanding access to digital education.
Hundreds of educational institutions in the area have already registered with the company since its 2012 establishment in South Africa. Wesley Lynch, CEO of Snapplify, stated that “schools and tertiary institutions are searching for high-quality education tools that are relevant and appropriate for their region.” “Snapplify is providing them with exactly that.”
In order to assist its growth in the area, Snapplify has hired Doyin Shonubi (formerly Pearson) as Sales Manager, adding to its local staff. The business also maintains offices in Kenya, Europe, the UK, the US, and South Africa.
In order to ensure that educational institutions and students have access to curriculum-aligned content, Snapplify has already established the largest network of booksellers in Africa and is working with hundreds of publishers.
Collaboration and partnership, according to Lynch, have always been important to Snapplify’s success and our capacity to effect lasting change.
“We are excited to collaborate with more local players to equip even more West African educational institutions and students with all they need to educate and study,” the company stated.
