Apply for the 2nd Annual Stitch Showcase for Early-stage Startups
As part of its second startup exhibition, South African fintech company Stitch has invited early-stage businesses from around the continent to showcase their ideas to investors and other stakeholders.
The organization, which held its first startup showcase last year, is currently seeking applications for the event’s second iteration.
This infrastructure enables companies to develop, introduce, and broaden financial products and services, such as wealth management, lending, insurance, payments, and other options. Thanks to Stitch, fintechs may work with traditional financial institutions in a safer and more legitimate way.
Developers may instantly connect to their users’ financial accounts to authenticate user identity, view transactions and balance information, and enable immediate, fraud-free bank transfers with the Stitch API, which is presently accessible in South Africa and Nigeria.
Participants will receive a fully-paid flight to Cape Town in order to attend the event, as well as office hours with team members and six months of free access to the Stitch solution in appropriate locations.
Selected entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to pitch their concepts to local and international investors and digital pioneers during the annual Stitch x Raba Tech Summit, which will take place in Cape Town on February 24.
The deadline for applications is Jan 31. The winners will be announced on Feb 3.
