Meet the Top 13 GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize Competition Finalists for 2025

The 2025 GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize Competition has achieved an exciting milestone following months of fierce competition, creative pitches, and compelling narratives. We are pleased to present the Top 13 finalists, remarkable young businesspeople who are completely rebuilding Africa’s food systems.
Through stringent application checks, video pitches, and interviews with semifinalists, these finalists have distinguished themselves from thousands of applications throughout the continent. They are the epitome of Africa’s next generation of agribusiness owners—forward-thinking executives creating enduring enterprises that tackle issues of nutrition, food security, climate resilience, and rural livelihoods.
The Top 13 Finalists
At the Africa Food Systems Forum 2025 in Dakar, Senegal , each contender will make a live pitch in hopes of winning one of two US$50,000 Grand Prizes, one for a woman and one for a man.
Additionally, they have the opportunity to win US$60,000 in Impact Awards, which honor excellence in:
