Applications Open for MTN Cloud Accelerator Programme for African Startups
The MTN Cloud Accelerator Programme, which offers capital and scaling assistance for growth-stage businesses, is open to African firms.
A 12-week program called the MTN Cloud Accelerator was created to give African companies access to MTN’s robust infrastructure, financial backing, and technical integration.
By utilizing MTN Cloud, MoMo, Chenosis APIs, and strategic GTM support across industries such as fintech, health-tech, ed-tech, agri-tech, and more, the program assists growth-stage firms in scaling more quickly.
Individual mentorship with industry experts, cloud credits and technical advisory support, sales and GTM support from MTN teams, investor pitch coaching and warm VC introductions, a demo day with MTN, investors, and media, full API integration with MTN Cloud, MoMo, Chenosis, and other tools, and post-program support including pilots, partnerships, and M&A readiness are all benefits that participants will receive. Each cohort will receive US$65,000 in grants.
Growth-stage firms with MVPs or live products, significant customer traction, and an emphasis on addressing African issues—particularly in underprivileged or rural communities—are eligible to apply for the program.
