Invitation for Applications: 2025 Grant Cycle of the ACT Foundation for African Organizations
The Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation was founded in 2016 with the goal of providing grants to regional, national, and local non-profit organizations that are tackling issues and related vulnerabilities throughout the African Continent.
In order to create sustainable communities that offer creative answers to social, economic, and environmental problems, the ACT Foundation works to encourage widespread involvement and collaboration with other institutions and/or donor organizations. They give funding to organizations so that they can take long-term action in areas that are in line with our top priorities. In order to prevent them from feeling alone, we also assist our implementing partners at every stage of the grant application procedure.
Those that are accepted will be asked to submit a complete proposal that includes a thorough grant budget. Organizations will be formally informed of the next steps following a thorough evaluation by independent advisors and the final selection of the proposals. If chosen for grant award, successful groups from the proposal stage will be contacted and asked for in-person visits and interviews.
The focus areas include:
- Health: Malaria, cancer (breast, cervical, and prostate), maternal and child health
- Entrepreneurship: Vocational education, skills acquisition, financial literacy, and inclusion
