Value4Her Initiative: A Call for Applications for African Women Agripreneurs
Greetings from AGRA and AMI’s Value4Her program, which aims to empower women agribusiness owners throughout Africa.
By matching them with gender-focused partners and service providers that are suited to their particular need, this program aims to enhance the business environment for women-led agribusinesses in Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda.
The goal of the AMI-AGRA-Value4Her alliance is to empower women in order to revolutionize African agriculture. AGRA focuses on providing African agripreneurs with avenues to finance access and market expansion, while AMI (African Management Institute) contributes its experience in capacity-building for small and medium-sized businesses.
We are collaborating to empower 8,000 women-led agribusinesses throughout Africa through the Value4Her program, opening doors for expansion, creativity, and employment development.
AMI provides training and useful tools to help ambitious businesses in Africa succeed. We help businesses train their employees, provide work readiness programs for young people just starting their careers, and give entrepreneurs the tools they need to grow their businesses. The programs offered by AMI mix in-person workshops, online and mobile resources, and on-the-job training and assistance.
AMI has provided direct training to more than 45,000 individuals in 39 African nations since 2014.
With offices in Kenya, Rwanda, Senegal, Uganda, and South Africa, as well as employees in Ethiopia, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, and Nigeria, AMI is present in nine countries.
