Samsung Galaxy M33 5G Will Sport a 6,000mAh Battery Come January 2022
When it is released, the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G will reportedly have a 6,000mAh battery. The upcoming smartphone is expected to be the successor to the Galaxy M32 5G, which was released in August.
The existence of the Galaxy M33 5G was first revealed in October, when the smartphone’s internal model designation was leaked online. The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G will reportedly be one of the more affordable options, sporting an Android 12-based One UI 4.0 skin out of the box.
According to SamMobile, Samsung will release the upcoming Galaxy M33 5G smartphone with a 6,000mAh typical battery capacity. The battery is said to have the model number EB-BM336ABN and a rated capacity of 5,830mAh.
As of now, there is no information about the smartphone’s support for fast charging. The Galaxy M32 4G’s predecessor, the Galaxy M32 5G, only had a 5,000mAh battery and 15W fast charging support, whereas the Galaxy M32 5G had a 6,000mAh battery. The battery life of the Galaxy M33 5G is also said to be longer than that of the Galaxy M32 5G.
According to SamMobile, Samsung may release the upcoming 5G smartphone in January 2022. The Galaxy M33 5G is also expected to get Android 12-based One UI 4.0, as Samsung plans to use the new Android OS on the majority of the smartphones it will release next year. As a result, the Galaxy M33 5G will be one of the first low-cost smartphones to ship with Samsung’s Android 12-based skin.
Galaxy Club (in Dutch) reported a few months ago that Samsung had begun research and development on the Galaxy M33 5G. There wasn’t much information available about the upcoming smartphone at the time. It has been reported that the internal model designation will be SM-M336B. According to the publication, the Galaxy M33 5G will be a rebranded Galaxy A33 5G, similar to how the Galaxy M32 5G was a rebranded Galaxy A32 5G.
