New One-Page Platform Launched to Support and Uplift African Startup Founders

In order to provide African startup founders with genuine, human words of encouragement—each accompanied by music—from prominent voices investing in Africa’s startup ecosystem, a new one-page website called Investor Voices Africa has been developed.
Investor Voices Africa is a scrollable wall of 30-second investor voice messages, each accompanied by instrumental background music provided by Moodswing, the firm that handles the project’s music and communications.
Jimmy Muteba, the founder and CEO of Moodswing, told Disrupt Africa, “Investor Voices Africa shares words of encouragement from those who have backed, guided, and invested in African founders along the way.”
Zachariah George from Launch Africa Ventures, Raj Kulasingam from SM River, Aisha Pandor from E4E Africa, Ibrahim Sagna from Silverbacks Holdings, Marieme Diop from the IFC and World Bank, Aly El Shalakany from 54 Collective and Acasia Ventures, and Lise Birikundavyi from BKR Capital are among the investors who are currently featured on the page. New voices are added on a weekly basis.
