Their goal is to increase the public’s awareness of FoodTech and highlight the most creative businesses in the industry, highlighting their heroic efforts to address the many problems the system confronts. To categorize, evaluate, and score the companies that will shape the food industry’s future, they have developed a set of standards.

Eligibility
- All startups and scaleups from the Food Tech (or ‘AgriFoodTech’) sector – from early stage to more established businesses, operating all across the food supply chain are eligible to apply.
- The company needs to be incorporated.
- The company needs to have an active website.
- The company is less than 15 years old.
