ComiBlock, Nigerian Investtech Startup Receives Expert Dojo Funding
ComiBlock, a Nigerian business in the investtech space, has received an unknown amount of money from Expert Dojo, a growth accelerator based in California, to aid in its expansion.
ComiBlock, a goal-based investment crypto robo-advisor that was launched in February 2021, provides anyone with a smartphone with access to planning tools, advice, and curated and thematic crypto-portfolios.
The ComiBlock platform has generated over US$420,000 in trade volume since its introduction, and it now intends to develop even more swiftly thanks to backing from Expert Dojo, which has invested in over 200 businesses worldwide.
With this new capital, ComiBlock will be able to grow its business and engage in product development as it works to promote safe cryptocurrency investment throughout frontier markets.
“Most cryptocurrency platforms have an exchange-like structure, which leaves the majority of retail consumers with a black box experience. This is bad for a number of reasons. Additionally, most cryptocurrency exchanges only consider the average user to be a dollar amount, according to Dennis Mary, co-founder, and CEO of ComiBlock.
These “black box” encounters have encouraged a risky and destructive investing culture. We are completely rebuilding it. The exchange model resembles a former industry. In essence, ComiBlock is a brand-new factory. Another indication of the confidence and trust our clients, associates, and investors have in ComiBlock is the recent funding we received from Expert Dojo. Their joining us on this trip is an honor for us.
