Lagos has welcomed the launch of Clickafix, a marketplace for hiring professionals.
The tech-driven platform aims to close the gap between qualified experts and people who need services but are unsure of where to find the best service providers to handle repairs in their homes and workplaces.
Nigerians living in the commercial hub of Lagos can utilize Clickafix to meet their home servicing needs and have repair work completed quickly thanks to Lagos serving as the platform’s entry point.
How Clickafix works
Users need merely download the Clickafix app from Google Play or the Apple Software Store to get started. This app is only available in Lagos.
After doing this, the user is prompted to enter a working phone number and select areas in order to use the handymen who have already signed up for the service. The customer assumes control as soon as the app is downloaded to a phone.
Customers only need to enter their phone number, select the service they need, pick their favorite professional, determine the time they want the service provided, and pay the service providers in accordance with the terms of the service provider agreement—all within the app.

Users of the Clickafix app can presently choose from eight different services: carpentry, plumbing, electrical installation, appliance repairs, hair and beauty for men and women, AC & refrigeration, and portable generator repairs.
