Applications for the 2022 African Coding Network scholarships for African women in technology are now open

The African Coding Network is now accepting applications for its professional certificate programs, which will begin in 2022 in collaboration with Grow with Google and Facebook (Meta) Blueprint.

The professional certificate programs last 3-6 months and are entirely online. You can learn from anywhere, at your own pace, with assistance from the African Coding Network at all times. Successful applicants can choose from a variety of high-demand programs to develop skills that will lead to employment.

These Meta opportunities are fantastic because they include a certification exam that you have two chances to pass. Once accredited, you will have access to the Meta job board, where international organizations looking to hire freelancers or staff with the qualification can post their job openings!

Eligibility

Through digital skills training, the African Coding Network aims to create an equal tech sector. Women are given top priority in our programs (90 percent by 2021), as are youth with disabilities and displaced youth/refugees.

Currently, applications are open to any African citizen, between the age of 18-35.
