A Conversation Africa Cannot Afford to Postpone
Africa’s digital economy continues to attract investment, support new technology businesses and expand digital financial services. However, infrastructure gaps, regulatory fragmentation and limited access to capital remain significant barriers to wider and more sustainable growth.
AfriTECH 6.0 aims to bring policymakers, investors and industry operators into direct conversation on how to address these challenges and build the infrastructure, platforms and businesses needed to support the continent’s next phase of economic development.
“For five years, AfriTECH has been a room where the real conversations happen,” said Chike Onwuegbuchi, Co-Convener of the Africa Tech Alliance Forum.
“With this sixth edition, we are raising the ambition. The trillion-dollar question is not rhetorical, it is a challenge we are asking every person in that room to help answer with precision, with honesty, and with actionable direction.”
Across its previous editions, AfriTECH has convened senior executives from banking, fintech, telecommunications and technology companies, alongside regulators, policymakers, founders, investors and media professionals.
