15bn SME Growth Fund Unveiled as GIBC and Trade Lenda Announce Impact Conference 2025
In a significant push for Nigeria’s entrepreneurship space, the Global Impact Business Community (GIBC), together with fintech?growth platform Trade Lenda, has unveiled the Impact Conference 2025, slated for 28–30 November 2025. The program brings to life a ?15 billion SME support initiative, targeting 10,000 businesses nationwide.
This is more than a money pot. The structure of the program is thoughtfully layered: successful applicants will get funding, yes, but also capacity building, financial literacy, and investor matchmaking to ensure long-term viability.
“We’re creating more than an event; we’re building an ecosystem,” says Adeshina Adewumi, CEO of Trade Lenda. Benjamen Oladokun, Lead at GIBC, adds: “Nigeria has enormous underutilized potential. Through this initiative, we want to unlock it by equipping entrepreneurs with not just capital, but the tools to scale.”
Eligible participants include:
- MSMEs in sectors like retail, agriculture, manufacturing, and services
- Startups solving real problems with scalable ideas
- Entrepreneurs (registered or not) who are growth-oriented and ready to pitch
