43 Inclusive African Businesses Join the SIBC Accelerator
The Social and Inclusive Business Camp (SIBC), an annual acceleration program created to assist the most promising high-impact African entrepreneurs grow up their firms, has chosen 43 inclusive African enterprises to participate.
Through cutting-edge training programs and networking with other businesses, mentors, and prospective financial backers, the SIBC strives to empower entrepreneurs and forge lasting relationships with a wide spectrum of ecosystem stakeholders.
A group of partners, including Investisseurs & Partenaires, the African Management Institute (AMI), ScaleChanger, and StartupBRICS, have been carrying out the initiative since 2020.
As of now, 43 entrepreneurs have been chosen for the sixth cohort in 2022. These socially conscious and inclusive business owners were chosen from more than 380 applicants from all around Africa to take part in a rigorous program that will train, mentor, connect them with investors, and prepare them for scaling up.
13 weeks of online training and five days of rigorous practical bootcamp in Marseille, France, address leadership, formalization of scaling-up, team structure, impact measurement, and investment preparation. The Emerging Valley Summit will thereafter be open to entrepreneurs on November 28 and 29.
